Turning of the sod for the Denman Community & Childcare Centre

Today marked a significant milestone for the Molonglo Valley at the sod-turning ceremony for the Denman Village Community Centre & Early Learning Centre, scheduled to open in 2022, with construction being completed by the commercial team here at Nikias Diamond.

The contemporary building will be in keeping with the existing Denman Village Shops which have been trading since January 2019. The Community Centre foyer will include a glazed gallery offering the opportunity for public exhibitions and displays.

The Denman Village Community Centre will be managed and occupied by Communities@Work and the childcare will be an early learning centre for children aged 6 months to 6 years. Both organisations are scheduled to open their doors in early 2022 with construction by our team expected to be completed by the end of 2021.
