Dimitri Nikias joined the Nikias Group in 1997, bringing his expertise in property marketing, valuing and feasibility. With 16 years experience in commercial property, Dimitri has a depth of expertise that has contributed significantly to the company’s philosophy for quality development and has consolidated the Nikias Group of companies into a successful corporate identity

Dimitri manages the client interface, the design process, and development and building approvals.

George Diamond

George Diamond has a deep understanding of the building industry through the numerous large-scale commercial and industrial projects he has worked on in New South Wales/ ACT.

George has over fifteen years experience in the industry. He has worked with major development companies including Bovis Lend Lease, Multiplex, and Iqon. He has been Project Director on many technically challenging buildings and specialist fit-outs including the Iron Mountain storage facility, John James Hospital, Canberra Eye Hospital and numerous embassy projects.

Marianne Tolgyesi
Financial Controller

Marianne Tolgyesi has worked in the property and construction industry for nearly 15 years. She is responsible for coordinating contractor and supply payments, and liaising with the project manager to ensure smooth and timely delivery of a project.

Prior to joining Nikias Diamond Marianne worked for Iqon and was financially responsible for their ACT Government projects. She has also been the Commercial Accountant on a $750 million commercial listed property trust which involved significant financial and stakeholder communication.
