Nikias Diamond was engaged by OFM Direct, a pinnacle Joinery firm to construct their new showroom and factory. The client’s requirements were very detailed, especially the design intent of the showroom. The building fabric was namely constructed from metal cladding, precast concrete, and the stand out feature was the use of recycled Canberra red bricks.
The overall building is 2200m² in area, and comprises of factory, pinnacle showroom, and large concrete paved aprons for parking and unloading of materials.
We worked closely with our client, as naturally these projects often have a significant design input and always require particular attention to detail and finishes to specific corporate image requirements.
The project was completed within the program time frame and the envisaged outcome was more than what the client anticipated.
