Nikias Diamond was engaged to design and construct a custom vehicle pre-delivery centre for the Lennock Group to take delivery of new vehicles for the preparation and distribution to their dealer network. The overall building is 1850m² in area, and comprises of a vehicle workshop, parts storage facilities, and employee amenities.
The building was constructed from fabricated steel framed structure, and was finished with metal cladding and concrete precast panels. The pre-delivery workshop was finished was a durable epoxy floor finish to maintain an extremely clean environment, especially when working with new vehicles. In addition to the building, almost 7,000m² in concrete aprons were placed for the storage of new vehicles, which included high security perimeter fencing and lighting to ensure a secure envelope.
We worked closely with our client, as naturally these projects often have a significant design input and always require particular attention to detail and finishes to specific corporate image requirements.
