The Lennock Used Car Sales Team and RAM Trucks Australia are both expanding and needed a new showroom with extra room for more staff to show case the in-demand American trucks. The design and engineering for the new building was complex, as the new building tied into the existing structure. Key design elements such as the natural anodised window frames were chosen to merge the old structure with the new.
The scope of works for the project covered a full refurbishment of bathrooms, kitchen, new offices and an extension in size and height to the old used car office showroom. This project was completed in 12 weeks.
