Nikias Diamond was engaged to construct a custom Commercial building for Pet Barn Gungahlin as part of the Bulky Goods Re-Development.
The Petbarn building was construction in conjunction with the Petbarn suite of documents while still using the existing buildings structure of Precast concrete and steel frame. An inter tenancy wall had to be engineered to provide an insulated and smoke separated wall at 12m tall.
The overall tenancy is 1,024 square meters in area, and comprises of offices, staff amenities, and a large floor layout to accommodate the variety of pet stock for all creatures great and small.
