Nikias Diamond was engaged to construct a custom branch office for Specialty Fasteners to achieve their retail and wholesale requirements. The building was constructed with load bearing precast walls and large steel roof spans to achieve a column free floor plate.
The overall building is 2400m² in area, and comprises of a warehouse, showroom, and external paved concrete customer carpark. The warehouse was finished with a durable epoxy floor to maintain a clean environment for the storage of goods.
