Nikias Diamond was engaged to construct a custom industrial building for the use of steel fabrication. The building was constructed with precast walls, a steel portal structure, and was clad in a mixture of composite materials to achieve the desired finish.
The overall building is 600m² in area, and comprises of offices, staff amenities, and a large factory floor to accommodate a overhead gantry crane.
