Nikias Diamond was engaged to construct a custom distribution facility to achieve their retail and wholesale requirements of fresh fruit.
The premises in Beard ACT is a state of the art, purpose built facility for the storage, handling and dispatch of fresh produce. It is the only facility of its kind in Canberra and meets all HACCP and FSANZ industry requirements.
The building was constructed from a steel framed structure, and the envelope finish was clad with metal and precast concrete.The overall building is 2400m² in area and comprises of a warehouse, offices, and large external paved concrete aprons for the unloading of heavy vehicles.
